Mumford & Sons - The Boxer

Artist: Mumford & Sons feat. Jerry Douglas & Paul Simon

Song: The Boxer

Album: Babel (Deluxe Edition)

Year: 2012

"I am just a poor boy though my story seldom told, I squandered my resistance for a pocket full of mumbles such are promises..."

"Asking only workman's wages, I come looking for a job but I get no offers, just a come on from the whores on seventh avenue, I do declare there were times when I was so lonesome I took some comfort there..."

*JUST A CLARIFICATION: So here's this song. Originally by Simon and Garfunkel and if I'm not wrong, it is actually a track on Jerry Douglas' 'Traveler', but somehow ended here too on the Deluxe Edition and I'm glad.

By the way, this is post #800.

Mumford and Sons - I Will Wait

Artist: Mumford & Sons

Song: I Will Wait

Album: Babel

Year: 2012

"Now I'll be bold, as well as strong and use my head alongside my heart, so tame my flesh and fix my eyes, a tethered mind freed from the lies..."

"And I'll kneel down, wait for now, I'll kneel down, know my ground..."

*A COMMENT: So, I just bought this, and since I haven't had the time to have a thorough  listen to it, I will leave you with the single... Probably next posts will be the same way as this...
