"They heard me singing and they told me to stop, quit these pretentious things and just punch the clock. These days, my life, I feel it has no purpose, but late at night the feelings swim to the surface, 'cause on the surface the city lights shine, they're calling at me, "come and find your kind.""...
*A COMMENT: This is just a recommendation, I really like this song, musically and lyrically, the whole album is great. I'm also glad this guys are getting the recognition they deserve, just in case you didn't know they won the 2011 Grammy for Album of the Year, defeating (and forgive me for using these names in this blog but it is just to prove a point) Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, in your face! In your face! Them winning the most important Grammy and beating those commercial monsters (including Eminem), makes me think that somehow music is going in the right direction and helps the Grammy regain a bit of the credibility they had lost over the years...
And remember... If you liked it, buy it...
